Product Overview:
The XBC-IS series diesel engine with freshwater fire pump is one of the energy-saving pump products promoted in China. This pump has a simple structure, reliable performance, small size, light weight, good cavitation resistance, low power consumption, and easy maintenance.
The IS and IR pumps have wide applicability, with a total of 140 specifications, but only four types of shafts are used. The same specification of shafts, bearings, and shaft seals are interchangeable. There are only four types of suspensions for the entire series of pumps. Pump speeds are divided into 2900 and 1450 revolutions per minute.
Performance is as follows:
2900 rpm 1450 rpm Flow rate: 240 m^3/h 400 m^3/h Total head: 125 m 55 m Speed: 3500 rpm (used for 60 Hz power supply, with reduced impeller diameter) Operating temperature: 80°C Allowable suction pipe pressure: 0.3 MPa, pump operating pressure: 1.6 MPa.
Application Range:
The IS and IR pumps are horizontal single-stage single-suction centrifugal pumps, widely used in industry, agriculture, urban drainage, and firefighting water supply. They are suitable for conveying clear water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, without solid particles.
