XBC-ZW Mobile Small Diesel Engine Self-priming Water Pump
Product Overview:
The ZW type diesel engine self-priming sewage pump combines self-priming and non-blocking sewage discharge capabilities. It can operate without a foot valve, without the need for priming water, and can handle sewage containing large particles, long fibers, sediment, waste materials, and other impurities commonly found in various industrial processes. Widely used in steel, metallurgy, construction, urban construction, and other sewage treatment processes, this self-priming sewage pump completely reduces the labor required for workers, and it is convenient to use, move, install, and requires minimal maintenance while offering stable performance.
Details:
Ambient temperature: ≤45°C, medium temperature: ≤60°C.
pH value of medium: Cast iron pump: 6-9, stainless steel pump: 1-14. The particle diameter should be 60% of the pump diameter, and the fiber length should be 5 times the diameter.
The total weight of impurities in the medium does not exceed 15% of the total weight of the medium, and the specific gravity of the medium does not exceed 1240 kg/cubic meter.
Scope of Supply:
Diesel water pump unit: Diesel engine, water pump, coupling, cooling fan, radiator, steel structure base (including 80-120L base oil tank), battery and connecting wire, exhaust muffler, control panel.
Designed as a combination of pump unit, base oil tank, control panel, and battery pack.
Can be designed as an outdoor type with a combination of pump unit, base oil tank, control panel, battery pack, and outdoor rainproof box according to customer requirements.
Can be designed as a mobile type with trailer (four-wheel or two-wheel) according to customer requirements.
