PNL type mud pump

Product Overview:

The PNL mud pump is a single-stage, single-suction mud pump, which includes the PNL vertical mud pump and the PN horizontal mud pump. It is suitable for transporting liquid containing solid particles and is widely used in various industries such as thermal power plants for hydraulic ash removal, mining for transporting ore slurry, as well as in construction materials, papermaking, textiles, food, and feed industries for pumping various slurries with a high concentration of 50%-60% (by weight). The PNL and PN mud pumps are equipped with wear-resistant alloy components, ensuring long service life. The open impeller is connected with a threaded shaft, allowing for adjustment of the gap between the impeller and the liner to maintain high efficiency. The PNL mud pump is available in seven models: 1PN, 2PN, 3PN, 4PN, 6PN, 2PNL, and 3PNL.

Structure Description of the Mud Pump:

The wearing parts of the mud pump's flow section are made of wear-resistant cast iron, ensuring long service life.

The clearance between the impeller and the liner can be adjusted promptly to maintain high operational efficiency.

For mud pumps with a diameter of 4" and above, the bearings are directly mounted in the horizontal bearing housing, facilitating convenient disassembly and adjustment. Additionally, a water-cooled snake tube is installed in the oil sump to improve the working conditions of the bearings.
