Overview:

Working Principle:

According to Boyle's Law, the product of pressure and volume of a certain mass of gas at a certain temperature is constant. When the water pump is working, excess water enters the air pressure water tank while water is delivered to the water supply pipeline. The water chamber expands and compresses the gas in the tank. As the air chamber contracts, the pressure inside the tank increases. When the pressure rises to the high working pressure P2, the power to the water pump is cut off by the control cabinet, and the water pump stops. At this point, the water stored in the tank is sent to the water supply pipeline using the pressure of the compressed gas in the tank. As the water chamber contracts and the air chamber expands, the pressure inside the tank decreases. When the pressure drops to the low working pressure P1, the control cabinet turns on the power to the water pump, and the water pump starts again. This cycle repeats continuously.

Instructions for Use:

The equipment should be installed horizontally.

Before leaving the factory, the product has undergone pressure tests and air chamber inflation work. Users do not need to conduct pressure tests again, and the tank body should not be disassembled at will during on-site installation to prevent injury from gas leakage or affect the sealing performance of the equipment.

The equipment room should have good ventilation conditions, and the room temperature (in winter) should not be lower than 2°C. Consider anti-freezing measures for outdoor installation.

If the debugging personnel find that the tank needs to be inflated during debugging, they should strictly follow the following operation procedures:

① The debugging procedure of the air pressure water tank should be carried out on the principle of filling water first and then filling nitrogen. During water filling, city water supply system can be used to fill water. Open the exhaust valve during water filling. When the air in the water chamber is exhausted, stop filling water and close the exhaust valve. Start inflating.

② During inflation, first press the upper and lower pointers of the electric contact pressure gauge to the required high pressure and low-pressure positions, then open the inflation valve for inflation. When the inflation pressure reaches the high-pressure P2 value, the inflation is completed, and the inflation valve is closed.
