CQ Stainless Steel Magnetic Pump

1. Overview
CQ stainless steel magnetic pump is a new type of pump that utilizes the principle of contactless torque transmission of permanent magnet couplings. When the prime mover drives the outer magnetic steel rotor, the inner magnetic steel rotor is driven to rotate synchronously through the action of the magnetic field. The inner magnetic steel rotor and the impeller are integrated to achieve the purpose of contactless impeller rotation. Because the liquid is enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve, the magnetic pump is a fully enclosed, leak-free pump type.
In many fields such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and electronics, more and more manufacturers have strict requirements for the process environment of the conveyed medium, urgently needing to choose an ideal pump type. 2. Application
The flow parts of the CQ series stainless steel magnetic pump are made of stainless steel (304, 316, 316L) and are widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, water treatment, etc. It is an ideal equipment for conveying flammable, explosive, toxic, and valuable liquids and is used to create leak-free and pollution-free civilized workshops. Applicable temperature: -20°C to 100°C.

3. Leakage Prevention Design of Magnetic Pump
Replacing dynamic seals with static seals and using magnetic coupling for indirect drive eliminates the annoyance of dripping leaks and does not pollute the site of use. Eliminate environmental pollution, create "leak-free workshops," and "leak-free factories," and achieve the ideal use of pumps for safe and civilized production.

4. Operating Principle
The driving device adopts an active magnetic coupling directly mounted on the motor shaft, and the pump chamber is completely sealed. The impeller on the rotor assembly is driven to rotate indirectly through magnetic coupling.
