FSB (ZX) fluoroplastic pump
Product Overview:
The FSB fluoroplastic alloy pump features a metal shell lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (F46) on the inside. The pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are all integrally sintered and pressed with metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastic. It utilizes an externally mounted bellows mechanical seal for shaft sealing, with the stationary ring made of 99% alumina ceramic or silicon nitride, and the moving ring made of filled tetrafluoroethylene material. This pump is corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant, suitable for conveying highly corrosive media under harsh conditions such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, organic solvents, and reducing agents. It features a compact and rational structure, excellent corrosion resistance, reliable sealing performance, stable operation, low noise, high mechanical strength, no aging, no decomposition of toxic substances, convenient maintenance, smooth flow passage, high efficiency, and energy saving. It eliminates leakage, fluoroplastic alloy pump.
It is widely used in industries such as chemical, acid-making, alkali-making, metallurgy, rare earths, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, electroplating, electrolysis, acid pickling, radio, chemical foils, and scientific research institutions.
Product Features:
The FSB fluoroplastic alloy pump consists of a pump body, impeller, cover, sealing elements, bracket, pump shaft, side axis, tension bolts, nuts, and base plate.
Pump Body: Steel flanges are embedded on both sides of the connecting parts, each with a molded plastic composite ring.
Cover: The right side is embedded with a stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) molded plastic alloy.
Impeller: It adopts a shaft connection method, where the metal shaft is precision processed and wrapped with molded plastic composite gold, ensuring a firm connection between the impeller and the metal shaft. This ensures that the impeller and the rear part of the metal shaft withstand the torque during rotation, with the wetted part being made of plastic alloy.
Mechanical Seal: It adopts WB2 type, ST type non-cooling water adjustable end face sealing technology, made of materials such as silicon carbide, high-purity alumina ceramic, filled tetrafluoroethylene, and graphite.
