2XZ Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump

2XZ series double-stage rotary vane vacuum pump is a double-stage direct-coupled structure. Its working performance consists of high-pressure stage and low-pressure stage. Its inlet is connected to the vacuum equipment, and during operation, it draws in and exhausts a large amount of gas from the container. When the equipment achieves vacuum, the high-pressure exhaust valve is closed, and the gas sucked in by the high-pressure stage is transferred to the second stage, which is then drawn in and discharged by the second stage, thus achieving a certain degree of vacuum for the vacuum equipment. The technical parameters of this pump are 6×10-2. The pump is connected to the motor, with high speed, small size, compact structure, and convenient operation. Our factory specially uses metal scraping blades, suitable as the front-stage pump for diffusion pumps, with precise matching. It is used in laboratories, pharmaceuticals, food packaging, electronics, electric light sources, and other units.

The 2XZ double-stage rotary vane vacuum pump is manufactured with black metal and aluminum alloy and is a relatively precise equipment. The main working parts of the vacuum pump operate immersed in special vacuum pump oil. Therefore, it is not suitable for pumping oxygen-rich, toxic, explosive gases, gases that react chemically with vacuum pump oil, or gases that corrode black metals. It cannot be used as a compressor or conveying pump.
