The SKA (2BV) series vacuum pump is suitable for pumping gases and water vapor, with an intake pressure reaching 33mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum). When the vacuum pump operates for a long time with an intake pressure below 80mbar, a cavitation protection pipe should be connected to protect the pump. With a large atmospheric injector, the intake pressure can reach 10mbar, and the injector can be directly installed on the vacuum pump. When used as a compressor, its pressure can reach 0.26MPa (absolute pressure).

Liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors are widely used in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, and sugar industries. Because the compression process of gases is isothermal during operation, it is less prone to danger when compressing and pumping flammable and explosive gases, making its application more extensive.
