2X Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump

Structural Features:

The 2X series rotary vane vacuum pump is a dual-stage structure consisting of a high-pressure stage and a low-pressure stage. The intake of the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump is connected to the vacuum container or vacuum equipment, and during operation, a large amount of gas inside the container is sucked and discharged. When the equipment reaches vacuum, the exhaust valve plate of the high-pressure stage closes, and the gas sucked in by the high-pressure stage is transferred to the second stage, where it undergoes intake and exhaust. In this way, the vacuum equipment can achieve a certain degree of vacuum. The technical parameter of the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump is 6×10-2Pa. Depending on the user's needs, it can be equipped with a vacuum booster pump. Using the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump as the primary pump and the booster pump for enhanced pumping force allows the equipment to achieve higher vacuum levels. The 2X rotary vane vacuum pump is suitable for various applications in industries such as metallurgy, chemical, optoelectronics, vacuum coating, food packaging, pharmaceuticals, plastics, electronics, and drying.

Operation Instructions:

Check the oil level. The oil level should be at the center of the oil mark. If the oil level is too low, it may affect the vacuum degree, while an excessively high oil level may cause oil spray during startup. Before operation, remove the triangular belt, correct the direction of the motor rotation, and then start to avoid oil spraying. During operation, the oil level may slightly rise, which is normal. If the oil level is insufficient, use No.1 vacuum pump oil and add it through the filling hole after filtering to prevent foreign particles from entering and clogging the oil hole.

If an electromagnetic valve is connected to the pump port of the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump, it should operate simultaneously with the pump.

When starting the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump, gently press the start button a few times to allow the oil pressure in the pump chamber to reach the oil tank before formally starting operation.

In high-temperature environments, where the oil temperature rises and viscosity decreases, leading to increased saturated vapor, the ultimate vacuum may decrease. Therefore, ventilation and heat dissipation should be strengthened.

To check the ultimate vacuum of the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump, a compression-type mercury vacuum gauge should be used. The vacuum gauge should be directly connected to the pump port, and within 30 minutes of operation, the ultimate vacuum should be reached.

Before stopping the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump, close the valve at the intake port to isolate it from the vacuum system, and then stop the pump.

If the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump is equipped with an air-locking valve and the gas being pumped contains a significant amount of condensable vapor, open the air-locking valve.
