QJ Submersible Deep Well Pump

Product Introduction:

The QJ submersible deep well pump is a water-lifting device that operates by directly connecting the motor with the pump and submerging it into water. It is suitable for extracting underground water from deep wells and can also be used for water lifting projects in rivers, reservoirs, and water channels. Mainly used for irrigation in farmland and mountainous areas, it can also supply water for urban areas, factories, railways, mines, and construction sites.

Product Features:

The motor and pump are integrated and operate submerged in water, ensuring safety and reliability.

There are no special requirements for well pipes and delivery pipes (i.e., steel pipes, ash pipes, and soil wells can be used; steel pipes, rubber pipes, plastic pipes, etc., can be used as delivery pipes under allowable pressure).

Easy to install, use, and maintain, occupies a small area, and does not require the construction of a pump house.

Simple structure, saving raw materials. The suitability of the submersible pump for use is directly related to proper management and its service life.

Conditions of Use:

Rated frequency is 50Hz, and the rated voltage is 380±5% volts for three-phase AC power supply.

The water inlet of the pump must be below 1 meter of the dynamic water level, but the submersible depth must not exceed 70 meters below the static water level, and the lower end of the motor must be at least 1 meter above the bottom of the well.

The water temperature should generally not exceed 20°C.

Water quality requirements: (1) The sand content in water should not exceed 0.01% (by weight). (2) The pH value should be in the range of 6.5 to 8.5. (3) Chloride ion content should not exceed 400 mg/L.

Requirements for well integrity and smooth wall surface.

Structural Description:

The QJ deep well pump consists of a water pump, submersible motor (including cable), delivery pipe, and control switch. The submersible pump is a single-suction multistage vertical centrifugal pump, and the submersible motor is a closed-filled wet-type vertical three-phase cage asynchronous motor. The motor and pump are directly connected through a claw-type or single-gear coupling. Different specifications of three-core cables are provided. The starting equipment includes air switches and self-reducing starters of different capacity levels. The delivery pipe is made of steel pipes of different diameters, connected by flanges, and high-lift pumps are controlled by gate valves.

Each stage guide vane of the submersible pump is equipped with a rubber bearing. The impeller is fixed on the pump shaft with a tapered sleeve, and the guide vanes are threaded or bolted together.

The high-lift submersible pump is equipped with a check valve at the top to prevent unit damage caused by water hammer during shutdown.

The upper part of the submersible motor shaft is equipped with a labyrinth sand-prevention device and two reverse-installed skeleton oil seals to prevent sand from entering the motor.

The submersible motor adopts water-lubricated bearings. The lower part is equipped with a rubber pressure-regulating diaphragm and pressure-regulating spring to form a pressure-regulating chamber, adjusting the pressure changes caused by temperature. The motor winding adopts polyethylene insulation, and the cable adopts durable consumer-grade waterproof electromagnetic wire. The cable connection method follows the QJ cable jointing process, where the insulation of the joint is stripped and scraped clean, securely welded, wrapped with raw rubber, wrapped with 2-3 layers of waterproof adhesive tape, and covered with 2-3 layers of waterproof cloth or bonded with water-based adhesive tape to prevent water leakage.

The motor is sealed with precision stop bolts, and the cable outlet is sealed with a rubber pad.

There is a water injection hole at the upper end of the motor, an air release hole, and a water discharge hole at the lower end.

The lower part of the motor is equipped with upper and lower thrust bearings, with grooves on the upper thrust bearing for cooling, and it is matched with a stainless steel thrust plate that withstands the axial force of the pump.
