Overview
The MZDLF vertical multistage centrifugal pump has the advantages of small size, light weight, and attractive appearance, making it suitable for conveying thin, clean liquids without solid particles or fibers. It is widely used in civil, industrial, agricultural, and water treatment applications.

Key Features

Vertical structure with inlet and outlet flanges on the same centerline, compact structure, small footprint, and easy installation.

The vertically structured pump adopts a cartridge-type mechanical seal with a modular structure, making installation and maintenance operations safer, more convenient, and ensuring sealing reliability.

The motor shaft of the vertical pump is directly connected to the pump shaft through a coupling.

Horizontal pumps are equipped with extended shaft motors, with simple structure and easy installation and maintenance operations.

All flow components are made of stainless steel, ensuring no contamination of the medium and long service life, with an attractive appearance.

Low noise, small vibration. Standardized design with good versatility.

Operating Conditions

a. Ambient temperature: +40°C. If the ambient temperature exceeds +40°C or the motor is installed at an altitude above 1000m, the motor output power will decrease. In such cases, a motor with higher output power should be selected.
b. Applicable medium temperature: -15°C to +120°C, for thin, clean liquids without solid particles or fibers.

Notes

The arrow on the lower inlet and outlet sections of the vertical pump indicates the direction of flow of the medium. Connect the pump's inlet and outlet according to the arrow.

For horizontal pumps, the flow direction of the medium is from the side inlet and top outlet.

To ensure sufficient motor cooling, the installation position must allow for air circulation, and it is strictly forbidden to reverse the motor or cover items on the motor.

When installing pipelines, prevent air accumulation in the pipelines, especially at the suction end of the pump.

Installing gate valves on both sides of the pump is beneficial for cleaning and maintenance.

If necessary, the position of the motor terminal box of the vertical pump can be adjusted to 0°, 90°, or 270°:
a. Remove the coupling cover, but do not remove the coupling;
b. Remove the bolts fixing the motor;
c. Rotate the motor to the desired direction;
d. Rotate the coupling to adjust the motor to ensure that the pump shaft is not jammed and the rotation is uniform;
e. Tighten the bolts fixing the motor and install the coupling cover.

The lifting bolt holes on the motor cannot be used to lift the entire pump. The entire pump must be lifted at the motor base using steel straps or similar methods.
