Driven by a diesel engine, it employs an axial backflow external mixing design, eliminating the need for bottom valves and priming. Technical Requirements of XBC-ZW Mobile Diesel Engine Self-Priming Pump:
Drive: Electric start diesel engine with fuel gauge and oil alarm device.
No need for vacuum pumping or other auxiliary water extraction methods. The pump can be quickly started to pump water after inserting the suction pipe into the desired location.
Equipped with containerized mechanical seals, independently lubricated and cooled chambers, with the cooling chamber maintained at 2 bar pressure.
Shaft deviation should not exceed 0.003 millimeters.
The coarse shaft of the rotor pump is designed without steps, with a diameter not less than 85 millimeters, reducing shaft offset and extending service life.
The pump ensures that the rotor is supported rigidly at both ends for long-term operation, with mechanical seals installed at both ends to prevent contact with the conveyed material, ensuring that the shaft does not deviate and reducing wear on the rotor and related components.
Pumping capacity: Ordinary plastic bags, textile bags, slurry, hair, and other debris can be smoothly pumped without clogging the pump body.
Pipework: Imported metal framework rubber hoses for inlet, and flexible hoses for outlet, with quick couplings. (Length can be customized according to user requirements)
Pump truck: Equipped with a 4-wheel or 2-wheel alloy steel chassis, a hard steel plate soundproof cover, and a trailer frame.
Control system: Integrated control panel for centralized operation.
