Product Features:
The SP type submersible slurry pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump submerged in liquid, used for conveying abrasive, coarse-grained, and high-concentration slurries. It operates normally without any shaft seal or sealing water, even in conditions of insufficient suction.
The flow parts of the SP pump are made of wear-resistant metal.
The components of the SPR pump submerged in liquid are all lined with rubber, suitable for conveying abrasive slurries without sharp edges.
Different lengths of pump drive shafts or suction pipes can be selected according to the height of the slurry pool liquid level.
Various speeds and forms of modification are adopted, enabling the pump to operate in different conditions, with long service life and high operational efficiency, meeting the requirements of various harsh conveying conditions.

Mainly suitable for conveying corrosive, coarse-grained, and high-concentration slurries. Widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials, environmental protection, and other sectors.Structural Installation Type:
The SP pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump with the pump inlet vertically downward and the outlet vertically upward on the other side of the pump. The pump mainly consists of lower strainer, pump body, impeller, shaft, guard plate, bracket, and other components, with bearings supporting the upper part of the pump. The pump is installed underwater without any shaft seal, and the flow parts are made of wear-resistant materials.
The drive types of this pump are BD and DC, namely belt drive and direct drive. The depth submerged in liquid can be determined according to the actual needs of users within the standard size range.
From the perspective of the pump inlet, it rotates counterclockwise.
