TSWA type low-noise multi-stage centrifugal pump

This series of pumps is mainly suitable for urban high-rise buildings for water supply and fire fighting, factory and mine water supply and drainage, long-distance water transmission, water use in production processes, HVAC circulation, and domestic water use, among other applications.

Product Features:

The TSWA horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is a new generation product developed by our company based on the TSW pump and incorporating improvements from various multistage centrifugal pumps. This series of pumps adopts hydraulic modeling and low-speed motors, resulting in high efficiency, energy saving, stable operation, low noise, and minimal vibration. Additionally, the service life of vulnerable parts is significantly extended, greatly prolonging the pump's overall lifespan.

This series of pumps is mainly suitable for urban high-rise buildings for water supply and fire fighting, factory and mine water supply and drainage, long-distance water transmission, water use in production processes, HVAC circulation, and domestic water use, among other applications.

Operating Conditions:

  1. Suitable for conveying clear water and substances with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water, with insoluble solids not exceeding 0.1% by volume and particle size ≤2mm.
  2. Medium temperature: -15°C to 80°C.
  3. Working pressure: System pressure ≤3.0MPa; i.e., system pressure = inlet pressure + pressure during pump operation ≤3.0MPa.
  4. The ambient temperature should be below 40°C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 95%.
  5. Since this type of pump is mainly made of cast iron, the conveyed medium should not be strongly corrosive. Note: If the medium contains fine particles or is highly corrosive, please specify when ordering to ensure the provision of a more reliable product.
