DFSS Series Double Suction Split Case Pump
The DFSS series features an internally sealed lubrication structure, with the lubricating and flushing effects of the sealing circulation water being more direct and efficient. The linear appearance of the pump cover is reinforced with additional ribs, and the internally sealed lubrication structure integrates the overall structure of the pump.
Applications of DFSS Double Suction Split Case Pump: Primarily used in situations requiring liquid transportation such as water plants, HVAC water circulation, building water supply, irrigation, drainage pumping stations, power plants, industrial water supply systems, fire protection systems, marine mining, etc.
The suction and discharge ports of the DFSS Double Suction Split Case Pump are both located below the pump body, allowing for easy removal of the rotor for maintenance without disassembling the piping system. Most pump bodies are designed with double channels to reduce radial forces. The pump body and cover are both made using resin sand modeling, ensuring uniform appearance, passage dimensions, and pump hydraulic efficiency (different from conventional S and SH dry sand modeling). The impeller undergoes dynamic balancing to ensure smooth operation and reduced noise. The shortened shaft spacing extends the service life of bearings and mechanical seals. The shaft is fully sealed to prevent contact with the medium, corrosion, and ensure long service life. The shaft sleeve can be made of various materials according to different user needs to prevent wear and corrosion of the shaft. Shaft seals can be either packing seals or mechanical seals, and can be replaced without removing the pump cover. Bearings and lubrication are grease lubricated.
The drive is powered by an electric motor through a flexible coupling. Rotation direction: clockwise when viewed from the drive end.
